It was a second win for the Royal Challengers Bangalore, when they comfortably defeated the Rajasthan Royals. And to celebrate the victory that too on home turf, the boys did party hard on Thursday, 18th March 2010. They partied till dawn! - For a city that sleeps at 11.30 pm, the second signature after party at ITC Royal Gardenia on Thursday was a revelation. Keeping up with expectations, the party saw big names adding their aura to the proceedings. Everyone was there — from film stars, models, Indian Premier League T20 officials, corporate honchos, unknown socialites and of course, the players. Vijay Mallya was spotted in a serious discussion (strategising the next win, maybe?). Siddarth Mallya was seen mixing around with the guests and posing readily for pictures with fans. Then there was Lalit Modi playing the role of a gracious host. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra walked around holding hands.

After designer Manoviraj Khosla showcased his Spring-Summer collection, the party began with a bang. Some even said that the second after-match party was better than the first. The guests danced to Bollywood music.

The young brigade of RCB, including Robin Uthappa, Manish Pandey and Virat Kohli were there with great gusto. Rajasthan Royals’ star Yusuf Pathan and his team members were engrossed in checking the models sashaying the ramp.

The gathering also had Virat Kohli’s ‘friend’— actress Sanjana walk into the party. After cheering on the team in the stadium, Ramya too came in for a short while. But the showstealers were Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty. Both were wearing classic black outfits and they didn’t let the defeat affect their mood. The bonding of the owners with the team members was quite evident with the way Rajasthan Royals’ player Sidharta Trivedi whispered into Shipa Shetty’s ears.

Jacques Kallis, the man of the match, was present with his girlfriend. However, it was Shane Warne who was surrounded by a number of female admirers. According to a source, the party went on till 4.30 am.
