Aishwarya Rai walked down the ramp in a Gauri and Nainika Karan designed blue gown at Taj Palace hotel for the promotion of Longines Dolce Vita watch collection. At the launch party of the watches Mrs. Rai Bachchan shared her experience of shooting a commercial for the brand in Rome along with Kate Winslet and Chi Ling Lin.
The Durbar Hall of the Taj Palace was transformed into the Roma of 60s that came out of Fredrico Fellini’s films. The ambience was perfect as Italian jazz numbers were performed and two dancers took the stage during the event too.
Ten watches that were showcased at the launch party of Longines Dolce Vita, had their price from Rs.95,000 to that of Rs. 2.6 lakh. While Aishwarya flaunted the gown in rich blue the other models were clad in rich hues like burgundy, wine red, dark shades of green, black and white.
